I am a firm believer in SOUP all year long.
I guess I inherited that from my Opa, who insisted on a bowl of home-made soup every day before his midday meal.
So in honor of September, and my Opa, I made a big-ole pot of Potato Soup.
And the kitchen smelled wonderful.
Believe it or not, my little duckies (aka kids)....LOVED our Soup Dinner.
