Took an evening walk with my boys at our beach Friday evening. It was a perfect evening followed by the most perfect sunset. Truly a gift from God.

Independence Day 2014

Well, unfortunately for us here on Long Island, the 4th of July was a wash-out. Hurricane Arthur passed us by just in time to dump a whole lot of rain and postpone all holiday celebrations for a day. But dramatic weather means some amazing photo opportunities! We had a few storms before Arthur came and went ...so I've had a lot of material to work with. None the less, wishing one and all a very Happy Independence Day and may God continue to Bless the USA!
